The LG LU2300 is a full QWERTY android phone with a trackpad that we have post before. The LG KU9500/SU950 has a candybar design. Both has a trackball and 3GB internal memory with microSD card slot. The common features include 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 3.5-inch WVGA screen, 5MP camera, T-DMB, 3.5mm audio jack, Dolby and DivX support and 1350mAh battery. The phones also have LG’s Air Sync that wirelessly backs up user’s contacts, mails, photos etc. and an augmented reality app called Scan Search.

The price for both the devices has not been fixed but LG LU2300 will arrive in May with Android 1.6 (2.1 update due in August) and SU950/KU9500 will arrive in June running Android 2.1.

After Intel and Nokia announced a merger Maemo platform and Moblin Linux to become MeeGo, surprisingly LG has just been confirmed that LG GW990 as first mobile phone based on Moorestown Intel platform which will move into MeeGo.

Currently LG GW990 has been operating in Moblin operating system, so it makes sense if there is a mention that these mobile phones to be one of the first MeeGo phone in the world. While, LG GW990 scheduled to be released in Korea in the second half of this year, and LG seems not plan to bring LG GW990 to the United States.
