The Safe Method Use Phone in the Aircraft

How to safe used phone when we  in the aircraft? According to the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), strictly prohibited to use phone in the airplane. The statement is based on the reason that mobile phone signals can cause interference on the communications and navigation, and error display in the instrument, noise on the radio pilot.
