New tool has been developed in the Firefox web browser to maintain security in the browser. Mozilla makes Content Security Policy (CSP) for webmasters and security experts. Content Tool Security Policy (CSP) is designed to help prevent the page from infection or third-party attacks like XSS (cross-site-scripting). CSP tool also allows developers and webmasters for member access restrictions and interact on the page from outside the site.
Mozilla security program manager, Brandon Sterne, says that after several months of development and testing, Mozilla intend to packet this tool with the latest Firefox to be released. "We’re trying to get more feedback from other browser vendors, who are interested in this project and helping us test the features of this CSP. We also ask for feedback from the server administrators or researchers who are interested in security applications with the design of this new tool. "Sterne said. According to Mozilla, CSP tool is still in trial phase and for the security protection features in it has not been fully implemented in Firefox.
