Japanese video game creator, Square Enix Holdings Co. plans to launch the latest edition of the Final Fantasy game series on December 17 in Japan. This also will help sales of both game consoles Sony Corp’s PlayStation 3. Own Final Fantasy game has sold more than 85 million units worldwide since it was first released in 1987.
Square Enix is currently developing software video game Final Fantasy XIII exclusive for the PlayStation 3 (PS3) in the Japanese market. As for North America and Europe, Final Fantasy XIII games are played on the PS3 but also will be present at the Microsoft Corps Xbox 360. Video game Final Fantasy XIII will be sold for 9.240 yen (60 pounds) in Japan. Meanwhile, Square Enix will soon release a video game to a whole world in the year 2010.
Meanwhile, Sony and Microsoft hope with the launch of Final Fantasy XIII games will be assisted in the sale his devices game console, where before the game was also able to lift sales of the Nintendo Wii game console. For that, both Sony and Microsoft will make gaming hardware price cuts to boost sales of its game console.
