
Yesterday (June 7, 2010), Apple just released their iPhone 4. In this new gadget, Apple added some new features in iPhone 4 likes FaceTime features, that makes video calling be a reality, a new screen named Retina Display that will provides the highest resolution on the phone.
In addition, iPhone 4 also has a 5mp camera with LED Flash, 720p HD video recording feature, Apple A4 processor, 3 axis gyro (motion detection device), and the talk time is 40% longer than the previously. iPhone 4 also uses the IOS (the name of the new iPhone OS 4.0), which promises 100 new features and new 1500 APIs for developers.

Apple announced new iMovie application for editing videos from their device, which can be purchased separately from app store 5$. Zynga, NetFlix and Activision announced Farmville, Netflix, Guitar Hero applications for iOS. Other features of the iPhone OS 4.0 like folder view, multi-tasking, iBook support all are supported by iPhone 4. The new OS will ad iAd support for all iOS 4.0 applications.

Apple will discontinue the production iPhone 3G model. So there will be only iPhone 3G S and iPhone 4 in the market. Apple 4 will be available for a pre-order from June 15 and shipping will start from June 24, to 5 countries US, UK, Japan, Germany and France. All other countries including India will get iPhone 4 by September 2010. Apple announced iPhone 4 price plans with AT&T in US. The 16GB iPhone 4 will be available at 199$ and 32GB at 299$ with 2 year contract. Existing AT&T iPhone users can upgrade to iPhone 4. The latest price of iPhone 3GS in India is for 36000 16Gb and 41000 for 32GB model. So when iPhone 4 is launched in India, it would cost around 38000-45000INR.
